It was 2005 when Natural Resources Wales built the nesting platform at Llyn Clywedog in Hafren Forest. Rhys Jenkins is the Conservation and Heritage Officer for NRW. "We set up the nesting platform to make the site more attractive to ospreys and we’ve worked hard to make sure the habitats are looked after and suitable for all species. Seeing them return to the nest year after year is very rewarding and shows that our work is paying off."
